Czech Republic – TRAVEL FROM ITALY TO THE CZECH REPUBLIC – Italian citizens can enter the Czech Republic for any reason, including for tourism and visits to family and friends. Travelers from Italy must, before departure 1. complete an online form 2. Carry out an antigen test within 48 hours prior to arrival in the Czech Republic or a molecular test within 72 hours prior to arrival in the Czech Republic.

The test result must be in the format of the EU Green Pass or in the format shown at the following link. In any case, the test result must be in English.
