Finland – The Finnish authorities have ordered the extension until 7 November 2021 of the provisions currently in force regarding congo queen controls at national border crossing points. Entry to Finland is therefore permitted, regardless of the reason for the trip, only to travelers from EU / Schengen countries who are able to exhibit one of the following certificates, legally issued by the authorities of their country:
1) a certificate of complete vaccination – congo queen one or two doses depending on the vaccine administered – occurred for at least 14 days;
2) a certificate attesting the recovery from Covid-19 congo queen and the administration of at least one vaccination dose for at least 10 days;
3) a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 dating back to no more than the last 6 months.
No form of fiduciary self-isolation is required of these categories of travelers.Furthermore, for travelers from EU / Schengen countries, entry is allowed, regardless of the reason for the trip, by presenting a negative test carried out no more than
72 hours before entering the country upon arrival in Finland and carrying out a second test 3-5 days (to be spent in solitary confinement) from entry to Finland For more information, including exemptions, country classification and different provisions applied to entry to Finland, please refer to this site.
It should be remembered that the Finnish authorities also consider travelers from countries “at risk” those who pass through them for a mere airport stopover, as well as on the basis of the passenger’s nationality and place of residence. The Finnish health authorities have also activated an online service (Finentry), where you can find useful information on the evolution of the epidemic in the country, on the restrictive measures associated with it, as well as an online questionnaire to check the conditions of entry into the country.
Any doubts can be clarified in advance by consulting the Border Police on 2255, operational from 8.00 to 18.00. Crossings along the eastern border with the Russian Federation are closed.
France – MEASURES ON THE FRENCH TERRITORY In France, the lockdown is no longer in force throughout the national territory, nor (from Sunday 20/06/2021) the curfew. The obligation to wear masks outside was also abolished, in most of the national territory, except in the case of rallies and gatherings. Reintroductions of the obligation to wear a mask outside may occur in tourist or particularly busy places.
